       Coyote system is involved with some research areas and basic research ares are  listed below.

 

  1. Camera Calibration

      Camera calibration is very important point in Coyote System because all the calculations and image processing depends on the video input to the system. Best angle to capture the video input and the visible range of the camera should be researched.

 

Image Processing

 

      Although there are several Image processing methods and techniques we have to customize them to use with our system. Moving object identification by video frame analysing and differentiating moving vehicles from the moving objects are the main research topics under image processing category. Noise reduction of the images,eliminating the shadows of the ovehicles and seperately identify parally moving vehicless are also goes in to the research area of the project Coyote.
